How KeralaService.in Request Tracking Works

KeralaService.in gives every service request a unique Tracking ID. Enter it on the Track Request page to see the current citizen-visible status.

Public tracking does not show customer contact details, uploaded documents, payment data or private notes. If you cannot find the ID, verify the mobile number registered with your account using the Fast2SMS WhatsApp OTP option.

For documents, payments, corrections and request-specific conversations, sign in to the secure customer portal. Never share a password or OTP with anyone.
